- Generally, students of Class-XI has a preset notion in his/her mind that “First Year (Class-XI) is the rest year as I have worked hard in Class-X and again in second year (Class-XII), we have to work hard”. So, they do not study with full devotion and decication.
- Succes in life is a Four year plan: 2-Year Plan (Class-IX & X) + 2-Year Plan (Class-XI & XII). If a students has focussed study during these four years, he/she will surely get success in his/her life or achieve his/her goal within stipulated period of time.
To study or Prepare for competitive examination during Class-XI
- Students must prioritize foundational subject (according to the aim of choice), Create structured study plan, Utilize study resources and practice the PYQ (Previous Year Questions). Focus on building strong foundation or strong base in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Maths (For Engineering Aspirants)/ Physics, Chemisrty and Biology (Medical Aspirants) is crucial for IIT-JEE and NEET.
- Allocate dedicated time slots for carrying out study of academics and competition. First of all study the core concept of the academic syllabus and then solve the questions related to the concepts and finally attempt all the questions which have been asked in the respective examinations.
Identify your learning style and follow the learning techniques
- Identify your learning style as Visual Learner, Auditory Learner, AV-Learner (Audio-Visual) or Kinesthetic Learner.
- Develop strategies of learning according to your own learning style.
