Hello,
I am “Tufail-Idris”, all time Academic Mentor and Facilitator of learners. He founded Education Academy (an online learning platform) amidst of Corona Pandemic in 2019. Lets dive into my brief journey of Academics, Teaching and Research.
“Tufail-Idris” was born in Gorakhpur city of Uttar Pradesh. He earned his Graduation-degree in Botany and Chemistry from St. Andrew’s P.G. College (Affiliated to D.D.U-University), M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology from D.D.U-University, Gorakhpur and later on B.Ed. degree from Akhil Bhagya Maha-vidayala (Affiliated to D.D.U- University). He has passed 10+2 from Kendriya Vidayalaya (CBSE).
He has multi-facet personality. He has been teaching to students from his early student life. He possesses a long teaching experience of more than 24-years including 5-years of Research. His teaching specializations include the subjects Genetics, Cell-Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetic Engineering, Plant Biotechnology at Post-Graduate level along-with Biology, Biotechnology and Chemistry at secondary and higher secondary level (10+2) in CBSE School.

- Tufail-Idris worked as Project Assistant in the Department of Plant Cell and Molecular Biology at Indian Institute of Advanced Research (IIAR), Gandhinagar-Gujarat under expert guidance of eminent Ex-scientist NCL (National Chemical Laboratory)-Pune, Dr. Rajani. S. Nadgauda on In-vitro micro-propagation of the Bio-diesel plant (Jatropha curcas) and extraction as well as profiling of Jatropha oil from kernel of Jatropha seeds.
- Got an opportunity to meet and interact scientifically with well renowned Ex-President cum Scientist, Late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam (Missile Man of India).
- Happened to meet and interact scientifically with Late Dr. M.S. Swaminathan (Father of Green Revolution in India).

This is to certify that Mr. Tufail Idris worked from February 27, 2006 to June 16, 2008, as a Project Assistant in the Plant Cell & Molecular Biology Department under the guidance of Dr.Rajani S Nadgauda. He worked on the Micropropagation of Jatropha Curcas, a plant considered to be much importance for biodiesel production. During the period of his stay in Dr.Rajani Nadgauda’s laboratory he was exposed to various plant tissue culture and basic molecular biology techniques.
As a student working in a colleague’s laboratory I had ample opportunity to observe him closely. I found him to be a very pleasant, hard working and a sincere person. One particular quality of Tufail which needs mentioning is his love for teaching. He always presented seminars cogently. I understand that he taught Biotechnology both at B.Sc and M.Sc levels for 1½ years before he joined our Institute. I wish Tufail all success in life.
